Latest building research carried out by Dr. Torwong Chenvidyakarn (left) of the Centre of Architectural Innovation and Management at Shinawatra University in collaboration with the University of Cambridge, England, has recently been picked up by the media around the world and various international energy institutions.
The work investigates the trend of carbon emissions in UK schools and produces surprising results, with potentially non-trivial political repercussions. It indentifies what a country needs to be careful of as it moves towards modern systems of education and building construction. The work has been published in Building Research and Information, a leading international journal in the field.
The work is featured on Research News at the University of Cambridge and a copy of the report can be downloaded from here.
